warsaw open vol.3

The third edition of Warsaw Open took place a week after the EHBPC 2013. It was a terrific, relaxed and sunny tournament to chill out after all the crazyness of the euros. It took place at Stegny ice track, and was organized by Polish Hardcourt Bike Polo Association.

EHBPC 2013 in the making

Most of you actually know that the author of this blog and the EHBPC 2013 Kraków project manager happens to be the same person. Two things result from this fact, one - I don't have as many pictures from the tournament as I usually would, second - what I do have is three months of organizational experience followed by some photography (if I happened to remember my camera). This album goes on facebook - it is a personal, subjective perspective of the organizer, a month after the event. Click on the photo to go to the album! EHBPC 2013: Finals

The final day of EHBPC 2013 Kraków offered the best quality polo I've ever seen. All the teams in the double elim deserved to be there and most of the games were worth watching. Sadly, I didn't have too much time to watch polo (running around organizing stuff), but I did see a few moments, and both the final matches between Call Me Daddy and Edisons. By the way, footage from both the final game and the final rematch are available on Bike Polo Club Kraków Vimeo Profile, check them out! The last picture here - courtesy of Lech and Pan Dronek, thanks!
